A:        No.  Our billing policy exists to protect our clients from shouldering the costs associated with the collection of delinquent accounts, and our clients appreciate that.  We are in the business of providing quality, affordable, veterinary care, and  like most other professional offices you visit (your dentist, chiropractor, lawyer, etc.) we request payment for all routine services, including out-patient visits and elective surgery, at the time the service is rendered.  Rising costs in relation to veterinary care are unavoidable, and we do our best to keep our services affordable.  We are not in the business of lending or bill collecting because the costs associated with those businesses are best borne by banks, where those costs can be passed to others who are doing the borrowing.

We do understand that there are occasions when pets need immediate help at the worst of financial times, so in addition to cash and personal checks, we accept VISA, MasterCard, and Pet Health Insurance as payment for our services.  When special arrangements need to be made, we request that arrangements be discussed BEFORE services are rendered.
